Laughing all the way to the credit union? Stephen Marche considers monthly check he presumably gets from the government ‘hilariously infuriating’

March 26, 2012 By Kathy Shaidle

Stephen Marche writes:

Instead of national child care, we have the Universal Child Care Benefit, a hundred bucks a month for each kid, which must be a joke or an insult; either way, it manages to be hilariously infuriating every month.

Hey, Stephen, here’s an idea:

Instead of your wife — a Fulford, no less — editing the magazine you get to write in (thanks to the Canadian Incest Media Industrial Complex) how’s about she stays home and take care of the kids?

(Wonder what nationality their nanny is, and how much she gets paid. Hey, that’s an idea: What Color Is Your Nanny? instead of Parachute…)

(Thanks to LRC for the link, via email)
