‘Quadrophenia’: as-good-as-could-be-expected film of The Who’s greatest album

Dismissed as a failed, embarrassing experiment, Quadrophenia is slowly being recognized as one of The Who’s great achievements. Of course, I never doubted…

To celebrate the release of a deluxe edition, The Who set up an amazing site about the album.

The (genuinely flawed) movie based on the album came out when I was a teenager, and ran regularly at the local (only) rep cinema.
