An unfortunate school photo of Rick Perry at Texas A&M in that fateful year of 1968 will immediately and indelibly remind approximately 54.2 million people of “Neidermeyer,” the go-hung ROTC cadet in Animal House — who, we’re gravely informed in the movie’s mock American Graffiti-type coda, was “killed in Vietnam… by his own troops.”
Expect a bunch of “wrong kids killed at Kent State” jokes from the Left.
