James O’Keefe is a flake and you know it

October 7, 2010 By admin

Why is this so hard to admit?

I liked what he did with ACORN but even then, as I’ve been saying, he seems like a shifty weirdo. If you didn’t notice that, or did and tried to ignore it, I feel bad for you:

The sad irony is that Project Veritas’ scheme was concocted in an effort to pre-empt what they anticipated would be a biased CNN story that, at best, would be one that “ruined a center-right career.”

But instead of embarrassing the network, O’Keefe gave CNN a golden opportunity to run with a story that does more to belittle conservative journalism (and to ruin his career) than any biased interview could ever have done.

This is especially tragic in light of the fact that the general consensus is that the CNN documentary, which aired this past Saturday, was, apart from the segment on O’Keefe, surprisingly fair to the young conservatives that it profiled, including undercover pro-life journalist Lila Rose.
