White First World Population Planners are perpetually bent on reducing the carbon footprint of impoverished third world countries they deem to have “too many children”. They have to fly all over the world on hundreds of jets every year to make sure that some guy burning a few sticks to cook his dinner in Kenya doesn’t suck up all the resources that are rightfully ours.

However, I’d add that if we could somehow persuade Africans to do something more mentally demanding and productive than playing with balls, we’d all be better off. (Admittedly, such a thing may be literally impossible.)
And I’m not sure I’d call what’s in the video “ingenuity” so much as its opposite: a default to easy, brainless, impermanent amusement that will never get Africa anywhere, and simply cements its fate as a net parasite on the world.
