People say ‘racist prude’ like it’s a bad thing

I responded to a must-read post at NewsReal thusly:

Actually Jenn, here in Toronto we are obliged to pay for an annual festival called Caribbana, where, in between the gun shots and ear killing “music” we are also forced to watch mothers and daughters parade down the street in various stages of undress.

The 400 pound women in homemade bikinis and feathered headdresses are bad.

The little girls dressed likewise are worse.

But you guessed it: you are NOT allowed to comment because “it’s their culture” and “you’re racist.”
