That’s it: I’m getting my Restricted license this year

Is this little “bitch” legal in Canada? Anybody know/got an educated guess based on appearance/specs? Somehow I doubt it, but — oh baby!

Amusingly, it is made by a company called “Charter” — since our Charter doesn’t secure either property or gun rights.
