The very threat underlines the difference: They can afford identity-group leftism, and they can afford to escape it when everything goes south. How bad is it in those 209 two-time Obama-voting counties that plumped for Trump? Those losers can’t even afford to flee to Canada, or Australia, or John Oliver and Andrew Sullivan and Emma Watson’s Britain.
