‘Straight Outta Compton symbolizes America’s new anti-white cultural establishment’

August 17, 2015 By Kathy Shaidle

This is the subject of my Taki’s column tomorrow. I say the studio’s “security measures” are just admittedly ballsy (because un-p.c.) ballyhoo in the William Castle tradition.

For now, here’s Paul Kersey:

And of course it’s not without good reason: in 1991, when the movie Boyz N the Hood opened in more than 800 theaters nationwide, there were more than 25 violent incidents. This lead to a famous article in Ebony bemoaning the constant shootings and fights at black-oriented films.

At its height, N.W.A. (Niggas Wit Attitudes) were considered social lepers peddling a dangerous form of protest music that skirted the lines of legality.

And 35 years later, they’re the subject of a big Hollywood film breaking box office records that will probably get a few Oscar nods, too.

Gee, if only there was a lesson in there somewhere for “conservatives” who are afraid of looking “extremist” and being “unpopular….”

Read the whole thing.
