I just read blogwrath’s post on the Steyn event.
I remember how lost Heather Reisman appeared at the previous Steyn event a few years back. I wondered then if she might be faking to perform as Steyn’s straight man.
But no.
Blogwrath reports her views on gun rights.
A few years back I was on a gun course. Guess what? Part of the Reisman/Schwartz armed security team was also taking the course.
The family relies on armed security professionals routinely and especially when they receive death threats (usually of an anti-Semitic kind). Good for them.
But who looks out for me?
I guess rich people do consider themselves completely exceptional even above bad outcomes. And rich Jews believe they are chosen — unfortunately maybe not to survive. But I want them to survive. And me too.
