‘Zardoz’ (1974) is a really, really, really bad movie

TCM has finally started updating its “Underground” page again, in time for this weekend’s showing of Zardoz, which I will not be watching.

Zardoz is a hundred times more fun to read (and write) about than to actually try to watch:

Connery looks, at times, suitably nonplussed, his bull-like animus and four-ply chest hair selling the veracity of his New Age primitive…
