The CBC, which confirmed Mr. Sealy was an employee of more than 30 years, had little to say about the charges, citing plans to conduct an “internal review.”
Mr. Sealy — who worked on various programs, including the CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada — was still employed by the public broadcaster, but was “currently away from the office,” a spokesman said Wednesday.
