Extortion via lawsuit is not only “legal” but heroic, when it comes with a “civil rights” or “sexual harassment” cover story.
I’ll leave it to the reader to decide which would-be extortionist in this story is the bigger criminal. Note that if you’re black, you can commit extortion with a lawsuit as cover, without fear of prosecution, as Jesse Jackson Sr. did a number of years ago to Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser).
