A judge has dismissed three sex abuse charges against the former voice of Elmo, puppeteer Kevin Clash, saying the plaintiffs [pictured HERE — whoa!!!] waited too long to file.
Mr. Clash was suspended from “Sesame Street” in November, after the first complaint of sexual abuse surfaced.
He subsequently resigned — but now, with the court’s Monday ruling, “can go about the business of reclaiming his personal life and his professional standing,” his lawyer said on CNN.
