I agree with this commenter.
As per this post, for all our “sex education,” women aren’t being told lots of theoretical bullshit that is the exact opposite of the truth they need to hear, and then wonder why they’re so mixed up and have been obliged to coin the term “rape culture” to name “everything that makes them go ‘ew!'”
