Thanks to Apple’s Genius Desk and CrashPlan…

I’m back, with what amounts to a “new” desktop computer after a clean install at the Apple Store.

(They even cleaned my filthy screen…)

Thanks to CrashPlan — which I use to back up my computer every day — I was able to basically recreate my “old” computer when I got home, with a few clicks. Highly recommended!

I also had other stuff at DropBox, and most — but not all — my emails are on my laptop.

Still “some assembly required” but I am 90% back in “business.”
