Since I was there, and we could get out thousands of Torontonians on a Saturday afternoon (as long as the weather was good, mind) merely by poster-ing the lightposts throughout the Spadina-Queen-Yonge-Bloor corridor, here’s what the “nuclear freeze movement” looked like in 1980s:
