The only people who hate them are the one’s who’ve never seen/heard them.
No, I’m not a big fan. I’ve never seen them live.
I’m just saying that, having watched their TV show as a kid, and seen the occasional interview with Donny in his Dreamcoat era, I always thought they were genuinely talented, hard working performers.
Donny especially seems like a great sport who has healthy sense of humor about himself, which is very rare in show business.
It’s the same with Tom Jones. Laugh all you want, but that man can sing.
