The offending words are placed into the mouth of the show’s resident “Blimp,” and are clearly meant to show how racist he is oh soooooo sleeeepppyyyy zzzzzzzzzzzz blah blah blah
The line in this news story that should offend people is this one, from the BBC spokesman:
