A poignant portrait of a parodox, and the end of an era.
(I still don’t understand where this man’s money to live on comes from, however.)
It was nice hearing Sonny Bono’s also weirdly touching hippie anthem curio “Laugh at Me,” such an apt choice for the soundtrack:
