My suggestion for curbing “cyberbullying” won’t be very popular — how’s about we make it illegal for parents to let their daughters post provocative stuff on the web in the first place?

The fact is, “blame” doesn’t apply to cause and effect and other immutable, impersonal laws of the universe.
