Disney has rules for stuff before you ever thought of even doing it

I have a soft spot for female villains, so I love some of these contest winning designs.

But check out the rules:

If your design includes more than one villain, the characters must be proportionate to each other. Villains can touch but they cannot interact.  (…)Also, steer clear of altering the costumes of the villains.
