Except there’s no such thing as “the international Christian flag,” — any more than the “gay flag” is a “real” flag either, of course.
But this is the kind of stupidity that helps make certain evangelical Christians such deserving figures of fun. They come SO very close to “getting it,” but end up like a failed skateboard trick on America’s Funniest Videos: They make it 95% of the way, but that last 5% is what matters — and they blow it.
As usual, the London Free Press is on the lookout for “racism” and thinks it’s found some in the event organizer’s remarks:
“Muslims should be allowed the freedom to practise (their religion) fully — but not in Canada . . . Perhaps a one-way ticket home would be a good idea,” he told Omni TV.
The Christian Heritage Party, of which Rancourt is a member, has called for a moratorium on immigrants from Islamic countries that practise Sharia law.

The latest incident of such inexcusable savagery within the walls of a European public medical facility occurred last week in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Danish newspapers report that about 70 [Muslim immigrant] men, some armed with “cudgels,” invaded the Odense University Hospital emergency ward, looking to further harm, even possibly kill, a man who had just been admitted in critical condition with a gunshot wound.
In Iserlohn, a city in Germany, the death of a Turkish man of heart failure in a hospital there, according to a report in the German newspaper Die Welt, caused the 40 members of his family, “out of rage and grief,” to lay waste to the facility’s Intensive Care ward. The reception area was ransacked, pictures torn from walls, chairs and treatment tables overturned, and medical equipment destroyed by wooden clubs.
