I loved that show from day one, but the drama around Gene and Shannon maybe breaking up was so upsetting to me I couldn’t cope.

Then they got married, which was a relief. Although I didn’t watch the wedding episodes — too anti-climactic.

Then they started talking about adopting a baby, and I bailed, pronto.
