Look: if you’re a double amputee, you shouldn’t be “homeless,” whatever the f*ck that means.
If you’re a chronic alcoholic double amputee, you should be in a “home” — which is where we used to put people like this until the Left watched One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest too many times and ordered those places shut down.
You can’t be a “homeless” dude AND deprive your family of “care, guidance and companionship.”
Said family apparently couldn’t be chuffed to reduce the hours he spent in ER by, say, going down there and making a scene, like normal people would.
Now they want a million dollars for something or other.
The fact is: no laws HAVE been broken.
This is how “free” “health” “care” is designed to “work,” you stupid Canadians.
