It’s because I smelled a “moral panic.”
Although the (presumably) pro-pot folks at Reason accidentally score an own-goal in the first paragraph; pretty dumb of them to
a) gloat that all the guy had in his system was marijuana,
b) snark that pot “is not known for sparking violence” and
c) shove in a gratuitous Reefer Madness reference — when you’re talking about a guy who got naked in public and ate a stranger’s face off.
Clearly a) and b) cancel each other out rather than prove your point, no?
Pot: Makes ya dumb.
