5 Feet of Fury

I blame Rosa Parks.

You think I’m kidding…

Watch out, you ladies at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith: Those feet under the stall next to you might just belong to a 38-year-old man.

Despite opposition from female students, UAFS has decided on “advice of counsel” to allow a 38-year-old anatomically-male, transgendered student access to the women’s bathrooms on campus.

“I am frustrated and highly depressed about all of these unfair restrictions,” Braly explained in an online appeal for sex-change surgery donations. “I live as a woman full time and have been for a year and a half now. I have natural breast development bigger than some normal girls from the hormone treatment. The only thing restricting me is what’s between my legs. Everyone is so concerned with what’s between my legs.

“I am just as much woman as anyone else.”

And in Canada:

A bill to amend the Ontario Human Rights Code to include “gender identity” and “gender expression” in the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination passed its second reading on May 10 in the provincial legislature. (…)

“This legal right will arise because the right to ‘gender expression’ will be interpreted by the courts as giving men the right to ‘express their gender’ by using a girl’s washroom, change room or shower,” warned Fonseca in an interview with LifeSiteNews.

“It threatens the lives of girls and women by putting them at greater risk from male sexual predators. It will give men a legal alibi for getting caught in the girls bathroom or change room, thereby freeing them to offend another day. Men who plan to assault women in the bathroom, or even a common ‘peeping tom’ hoping to watch girls undress or videotape them, could escape prosecution by pretending to be a cross-dresser.”

Concerned Women of America have reported that bathroom attacks on women are already very common.

In her new book, Ann Coulter shows how civil rights was proceeding in a slow but orderly fashion via the courts, but the “movement” — personified by Rosa Parks, the lunch counter protesters and MLK — forever romanticized and canonized what amounted to bullying and extortion “for a good cause.”
