What Toronto Muslim children are taught: Nazis and Jews have lots in common

May 3, 2012 By Kathy Shaidle

My husband discovered this in the textbooks used in a Toronto Muslim school:

Unlike the beliefs of the ancient Romans, the Jews, and the Nazis, Islam is not restricted to a certain community of a certain race…

Ever since the Prophet’s entry into Madina, the treacherous Jews had vehemently opposed him and his Islamic call…

PLUS:

An infidel i.e. a person who does not believe in Allah and His Oneness, is najis.

As regards the people of the Book (i.e. the Jews and the Christians) who do not accept the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (Peace be upon him and his progeny), they are commonly considered najis, but it is not improbable that they are Pak. However, it is better to avoid them.

108. The entire body of a Kafir, including his hair and nails, and all liquid substances of his body, are najis. (…)

In a fixed time marriage (Mut’ah), the period of matrimony is fixed, for example, matrimonial relation is contracted with a woman for an hour, or a day, or a month, or a year, or more.
