Not funny.
Comedian Jon Lovitz has joined the call for action against a group of teenagers who admitted to anti-Semitic vandalism. Last week, reports emerged that swastikas and the word “Jew” were drawn in maple syrup on the walkway of a California home, with feces also left nearby.
Lovitz came out after the incident, announcing that he was a childhood friend of the homeowner, who is also the son of a Holocaust survivor.
The comedian admitted that he himself was a victim of bullying in school and equated the vandalism with burning a cross on the home of an African American family.
