Why is the media and protestors using dated pictures of Martin and Zimmerman?
The picture of Martin is not a recent picture. Martin was close to 17 years old and according to some reports 6’2″ at the time of his unfortunate death. This picture does not even come close to depicting that. On the other hand, the now famous picture of Zimmerman is not a recent photo either. Instead, the photo is from a 7 year old mug shot. (…)
But in the midst of this emotional storm, the Sanford police department confirmed with Treyvon’s father that the screams you hear on the 911 call are not that of his son. In fact, it came from Zimmerman.
Out of all of your friends on Facebook who were telling you and the rest of the world that those screams came from Martin, how many of them have taken the time to correct themselves?
