Why would that surprise anyone?
Embracing “diversity” and “celebrating differences” necessarily makes people more race conscious, not less so.
But you have to keep that consciousness very well hidden in order to act out your superficial “tolerance”.
Howwver, one can only stifle these feelings for so long.
