‘When did it become the government’s job to ensure you could afford to go to work…’

Brian Lilley:

I thought we went to work to earn a living so we could afford to pay for life’s expenses.

I haven’t seen a national bus-pass program or a national buy-me-a-car-so-I-can-drive-to-work program, but I’m sure those are only a matter of time. I’d also like a national program to buy me a steak lunch and a beer after work.
