NY Archdiocese fires principal for ‘racist’ views

August 4, 2011 By Kathy Shaidle

(The real “story” is in the comments…)

First of all, this guy’s Italian, so look: he was “born this way” and this stuff is “his culture.”

Being Italian, he also gets his facts wrong in some instances.

(In my old high school in Hamilton, they kept the Portuguese around to help the Italians feel smart…)

For example, this is blatantly false…

“there is actually more black on white crime than black on black crime.”

as reported at this very blog this morning, based on (among other things) the findings of a (black) Washington Post writer.

This principal (being a principal) is also a fan of “banning” stuff, so not surprisingly, his karma chickens have come home to roost.

But the bigger picture? These days, just talking about race is “racist.”

But it also depends on WHERE you do it:

Washington Post? OK.

American Renaissance? Nope.

Even though, time after time, AmRen is just quoting the same stuff WaPo is (i.e., Justice Dept stats.)

Just more elitism disguised as outrage.

OBVIOUS LANGUAGE WARNING (especially the last one, which even I can’t listen to all the way through…)
