Mayor Ford’s colleagues, family, friends and supporters have repeatedly reminded the media that he is not homophobic, does not hate “gays,” and works for all the citizens of Toronto. Because he might choose not to attend, for example, the RV show held every winter in Toronto, does not mean that he hates campers and the outdoor life. Such stupidity! Yes, his absence at the parade upset the participants and supporters, many of whom wore outfits to ridicule his slightly large size, or floated balloons with macabre look-alike caricatures of the mayor. They cannot bear the thought that people exist who do not approve of their propaganda. They have become the bullies today.

Gays are simply projecting their own bullying tendencies on everyone else.
Such obvious projecting used to be understood as part of a mental disorder or neurosis. Oh well.
