That’s the super-smug “disclaimer” that runs at the beginning of every This Hour Has 22 Minutes episode.
That “comedy” program, like 95% of everything else airing on the CBC, takes it for granted that only smart, enlightened elites like them are actually watching the show, so that “disclaimer” is, of course, “ironic” and other “words in quotation marks.”
