Is ‘Macleans’ mobbed up?

February 4, 2011 By Kathy Shaidle

For the third issue in a row, Maclean’s “The End” back page obituary has showcased an illiterate, hardworking, octagenarian Italian immigrant.

Look: I love those guys now that I haven’t lived in Hamilton for 25 years and don’t have to be surrounded by them anymore, with their backyard gardens webbed with “Theseus and the Minotaur” strings, killing pigeons in the basement and hanging out at the weird shabby storefront “men’s club” and installing their 18th satellite dish and whatever the **** else they do all day.

But seriously:  what the ****?
