Michael Coren encourages Jews to wrestle with their own prejudices:
“There are too many leaders of the Jewish community who think that the biggest threat facing the Jewish community is a bunch of neo-Nazis living in Kitchener,” said Coren recently. “The threat to the Jewish community is the organized hard left and many in the Islamic world.”
“How often has an evangelical Christian tried to convert you?” he asked the almost exclusively Jewish crowd. “They are built around a post-Holocaust theology…trying to understand the Jewishness of their faith. They’re saying, ‘We got you wrong for 2,000 years; let’s get you right, now.’”
“It’s not blond-haired, blue-eyed people [attacking Jews in Europe].… It’s always the same sort of name,” Coren said.
