Move all public events out there. We can clear our crowded downtown streets of roadblocks and streetcar detours, and shift Pride, Caribana, Run for the Cure and any G20-type public demonstrations to our lakeside Siberia. Stick the leftover G20 surveillance cameras out there and stream the footage to a cable Parade Channel.
