Reward posters are going up in Toronto for information that could help police arrest a murder suspect who sometimes disguises himself in women’s clothing.
Mohamud Hagi, 27, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder in the death of a Windsor man in 2007.
Drummond says Hagi has been spotted wearing Somali female Muslim attire, which includes hijabs and burkas.
