I have a mystery friend who is also a Wikipedia editor. He monitors and fixes mine.
However, I like the strategy of one blogger who challenged her readers to join Wikipedia as editors, then alter her entry with the most absurd charges and “information” they could think of: “eats live kittens”, etc.
The result: anyone glancing at her entry would quickly dismiss it as 100% fabrication. Potentially “damaging” if accurate charges of “racism” — i.e., the “crime” of criticizing the Indian Act, or daring to wonder if foreign aid does any good — would be lost in the avalanche of absurdity, and/or dismissed as equally dubious.
