A. The Eaton Center is a “public place” but it is also private property, and shopping is not really a right.
B. Windows are NOT more important than people BUT broken windows can eventually lead to broken cities and broken people.
While still contentious (and I think they miss the point here...), that “right wing” theory is still more sound than the left’s “hate speech = genocide” magical thinking.
