BREAKING: Canada’s ‘hate crime/pre-crime’ law suspended temporarily

May 28, 2010 By admin

Jay Currie reports:

S.13 is not dead yet – that will likely (in the face of the sniveling CPC) take a [Supreme Court of Canada] decision; but its enforcement is effectively suspended.

A huge victory in an important battle; but the war will still have to be fought.

Background on Section 13 from Steyn circa 2009.

I violate Section 13 every day on this blog anyhow (if I’m doing it right.) I’ve said for years that since it will never be repealed in Parliament, and the Supreme Court takes too long — and I don’t recognize their authority over my life anyhow — we need to violate Section 13 over and over again, then leave it for dead in a culvert, wearing nothing but a pair of orange socks.
