I’m not being facetious, what is she screeching about? That a bank didn’t offer condolences about her 20 year-old’s death? Or that they wanted the money they loaned her in a contract she signed?

I’m reminded of an American ad that used to run about five or ten years ago, with the black woman angrily addressing the camera:
“The phone company took away my phone! All becaue I didn’t pay my bill!!”
