On Cinco De Mayo, amnesty for everybody that wants to come to the game until the seats are filled. In fact, the Phoenix Suns should also, on this one day, drop the requirement that people have to present their papers to get in, no tickets. No tickets to get in, just want to watch the game, get in, no papers necessary.
