USA Today’s circulation dropped 13.6 percent to 1.8 million, and the Washington Post’s fell 13.1 percent to 578,482.

The Wall Street Journal, which had the highest circulation for the period with 2.1 million, was the only publication among the top 25 newspapers to report a circulation increase, rising 0.5 percent.
