Today is International ‘Bite Me, Mohammed’ Day!

My husband and I encourage you to say “Bite Me, Mohammed” in your own special way, to show your solidarity with the creators of South Park, who’ve been threatened with death by belligerent Muslims.

As I told you on April 17, they’re mad about this:

Of course, Muslims are mad about everything. And the Vatican doesn’t issue fatwas:

Radical Islam is extremely intimidating – by design. The more crazy it acts, the more powerful it becomes. So the murderous Islamic tantrums we keep hearing about have a certain dark logic to them, in terms of enabling the spread of Islam.

Bottom line, we don’t want to offend Muslims. Why? Because we’re afraid of them.

Anyhow, I think Mohammed comes off pretty good in that South Park episode. He wears a giant bear costume, making him a lot more cuddly and appealing than he was in real life.

Certainly that South Park episode is nowhere near as offensive than, say, this:
