What’s fascinating is the spectacle of an only-slightly-above-average mind trying to figure out how another man, whom he avers is “brilliant and cultivated,” could dare to raise candid questions regarding Obama’s ethnic background — when in fact only a brilliant and cultivated man would, and could.
