An appreciative reader writes (cue Ken Burns style voice over…):
In spite of the fact that I’ve given up alcohol, tobacco and vinyl, there’s something about that recent photograph that appeals to me.
The model, Yvette Vickers, is a graduate of Catholic High School in Los Angeles, which means that it’s surprising she was willing to be photographed near a cigarette. (Yes, I read Acoustic Ladyland.)
If that photograph is from her July 1959 Playmate Of The Month shoot for Playboy, it was taken by Russ Meyer.
She was in Attack of the 50 Foot Woman, not as the 50 Foot Woman, but as the 5’3″ Other Woman with the 36 Inch Chest.

Given that Russ Meyer was a world famous breast man, his Playboy shots of Vickers are surprising. Although 36″ is way too small to interest him.
