I prefer to remember December 6 as the anniversary of Altamont, long considered The Official End of the Sixties, the Anti-Woodstock, or as I like to think of it, “one down, 20,000,000+ to go.”
As we await that glorious day when the last damn hippie finally dies, let’s pause to remember the beginning of the end.
