Except that Dr. Joe Medicine Crow has not received the Medal of Honor.
He has been awarded the Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor, not the military Medal of Honor.
And Obama should know, since he was the one who presented the award to Dr. Medicine Crow (…) less than three months ago…

Also, as anyone in the military will confirm, one does not “win” a Medal of Honor; they receive it. Many people make that mistake … but one should expect better from the nation’s Commander in Chief.
